The 7th edition of the “Schricker,” the standard commentary on copyright law, has been published. In this 7th edition, Franz Hofmann has provided commentary on sections of the Copyright Service Providers Act (UrhDaG). Specifically, he has edited the following sections: Sections 1 through 3 of the UrhDaG, Sections 13 through 17 of the UrhDaG, Section 18 of the UrhDaG (in collaboration with Katharina de la Durantaye), and the introduction to the UrhDaG (in collaboration with Malte Stieper). The “Schricker,” edited by Ulrich Loewenheim, Matthias Leistner, and Ansgar Ohly, has been published in two volumes for the first time.
